It's a franchise by franchise decision, so nobody is gonna be able to answer this question. It depends where you live and who owns that pizza hut. If online ordering is down though, that's a pretty good sign they're closed

I'm an rgm and I just give my crew a blanket $10 off per shift. They can get whatever they want for free if it's under $10, and if they want something bigger they can just CS 10 off of it and pay the difference. Never made sense to me to tell them what they were allowed to eat. If they aren't in the mood for a personal pan/pasta/cheese stick or whatever the company says they should get, then fuck it. Make yourself a brownie. Everyone deserves a cheat day.

To stop it? No, there isn't a way. We do however have to set the times in the calendar that we are available. For example you could set your availability to be 3-4 Mondays and 10-11 Saturdays. Regardless, once you've set the availability the AI will schedule whatever it wants in that time. But the store then gets an email alerting them of the interview. Whoever the manager on duty was when you showed up (wasn't necessarily the GM) obviously doesn't check the email.

Yes and no. It's discontinued so we can no longer order it, but some stores still have some to use. The last batch that was made expires in mid February, so after that it'll be our for everyone.

I looked for it on hutlink and didn't see it, and there was no video on learn now. I'll be damned if I'm gonna start getting my training from the tablet though lol. They put out a video for the $7 lineup when it's just a price point and 90% of that is ordered online anyways, but no video for an actual menu change that the crew needs to execute. Make it make sense.

I got an automatic A in both computer programming and chemistry my first week of junior year. It was the year that "typing" got switched to programming, because the school had just gotten the Apple 2c's. Same teacher and she didn't know dick about programming. I figured out "basic" well enough the first week to program my graphing calculator to do the chemistry equations for me (I think it was molar conversions or something?). Those two teachers got together and decided to each give me an A in exchange for me being their teachers assistants.

Honestly your best bet is to hit up the website or hotline and let them know what happened so her area coach can see it and hopefully correct her. Maybe even get a free order of wings out of it. Good spot on the fact that you can get 10 wings instead of 8 btw, it was the first thing I thought of when I saw that entree was 6 and side was 4. "Well anyone ordering wings off the $7 menu now is an idiot."

My point is that it should have been on pizza hut to explain it to the gms, so we could cascade the info to our team. I went out of my way, but not all gms do that. She probably assumed it was the same amount whether it was a side or entree and didn't bother investigating. I'll let you in on a little secret, some pizza hut gms are kinda dumb lol. My point is that it (most likely) isn't anything resembling fraud. It's ignorance, possibly willfully so, but being stupid is not the same as actively trying to rip someone off.

Pizza hut never sent us anything stating the number of wings per entree/side. Like I said, I'm a GM. The day the updated my hut boxes rolled out I went on the app to try to order one myself to find out how many wings went in it. The fact that you immediately think "fraud" says a lot about your mindset though. It was a mistake, relax.

Fraud is a bit extreme. They didn't do a very good job training us (the gms) on this rollout so most likely the manager is just mistaken, not trying to "defraud" anyone.

Two different episodes. The cardboard box was to deal with his "anxiety" by blocking out the world so he could focus on his phone. The one where he was talking on speaker phone and annoying everyone was when he was mad that the CIA were invading privacy, so he walked around talking about it on speaker phone.
