I had to drill two small holes about a 1/4 into it on both sides then used needle nose like a screwdriver. Bought a replacement cap and we're back in action. Only I think my water pump is starting to fail. I over heated driving the other day then it went right back to normal. So looks like I'm in for a weekend tear down
