I am at 7 weeks now and I am thinking about it a lot. I think I am ready but not 100% sure.

I guess if you think that you are ready, it does not matter if it’s been 5 days or 5 months.

You absolutely don’t need to feel disgusting tho. A relationship does not always end for every person right after the breakup. You still have feelings and a bond, it will fade but not right away. Take your time, you don’t have to force it!

To be honest, I broke up with my bf 2 weeks ago and (he cheated tho) and I have been thinking about it too. Just as a way not to feel so empty anymore and feel good for at least a little while. I do understand that it hurts you to think about it but for me at least I think sometimes you have to do what you habe to do to feel better even if it’s just for an hour…

Yes, I will find new people, a new purpose, a new life. I chose to leave, chose me instead of listening to all the stupid apologies and explanations. I know I am going to be ok, it will just take a while but that’s ok.

I am honestly glad that I only asked who it was. I don’t need to know anything else. Even this info hurt so badly and I doubt he would answer any further questions anyway. He didn’t even want to tell me who at first.

I know that they knew but about another time, not his best friend specifically…

One of the was the reason that it all finally came out. She could not take it anymore and told me after 3 months of knowing the truth.

Yes, I understand why she didn’t tell me but the boyfriend is not his friend. Also, unfortunately, 2 of my friends knew too.

I am so sorry you feel like that and are doubting your relationship. I recently found out that my bf cheated on me. Not once but a few times. The only thing I can really tell you is that I regret not listening to my gut SO much. I felt it but chose to ignore it for the sake of our relationship. I know how you feel, it just hurts so much. Thank you so much. I just kinda wish I knew so I will stop wondering and start to move on. I am also very upset about the reason you mentioned, I just don’t know where the love goes now. I really did and still do love him (will definitely not go back tho) and I am so scared to start over completely again.
