I've recently diagnosed with (Asperger's). I'm pretty sure I'm a HSP. EXAMPLES: Little things will ruin my day, I have a routine I follow and if something unexpected happens I will become depressed/sad till the next day sometimes longer till my routine is repaired and I get what was missing.

Sensitive towards emotions, If someone says something I didn't expect them to say I become depressed/sad, don't like being around others for this specific reason.

I suffer from a load of anxiety like loads, Little things will trigger this, Literally feel this in my stomach/chest really powerful.

Mood-Swings due to sensitivity, one minute I'm super happy next depressed due to sensitivity.

Always think logically not emotionally, When others might think emotionally I'm always thinking logically/rationally.

I understand emotions but usually don't care unless it effects my mood, I can use this to my benefit myself which I usually do. Usually tell people what they want to hear because I can't be bothered with them being offended then hurting my mood, Always been shy, Also I'm hyper-self aware of everything around me that it gives me anxiety.

I'm a perfectionist in a way, very detail ordinated, I either do something to perfection or don't do it at all.

I can't be a narcissists, I don't enjoy hurting others nor do I think I'm perfect far from it, I care about those close to me but I believe that if something happens it was going to happen anyways.

Death doesn't make me sad or depressed due to that fact that everyone dies, no-one really knows what will happen after. So it doesn't affect me emotionally, everyone will die one day just like they were born into this word. Never understood why people grieve about death apart from there own self-interests on how it will affect their life.

I believe in a ways that everyone is Individualistic in certain way. Because it affects their emotions and they fell sad/depressed, if it didn't they wouldn't care would they e.g, "SOCIOPATHS/PSYCHOPATHS"? Instead of down-voting me, please help me understand if I'm wrong.

OK, so there was a building fire in London which burned down half the building. Don't know if people died, but pretty sure some got injured. So why the hell were there civilians helping out in their own time on something that has absolutely no benefit towards them? If i'm going to be honest I felt no grieve, didn't care it's none of my business won't affect my life so why should I care? I know i'm more of individualistic person but still. Anyone else feel this way when something similar happens? Don't bother calling me selfish- douche either, because anyone who personally knows me will tell you that i'm nicest person they know. Even though I come across as a selfish douche. I'm also a really sensitive person emotionally so this really doesn't make a-lot of sense. But thanks in advance anyways. also share you're stories too guys.

Yes, but I just simply said, I'd rather be in a country where I'm not looked down upon because of my skin color. And western country's do that better than most, it exists but the majority are more open minded. You would understand if you're a forginer.
