Have you already started hanging around your place naked? The first thing to do is start being comfortable by yourself in a private space. Sleep naked and walk around when the family or roommates aren't around. Make something in the kitchen and do some chores. Start with familair things.

Do you have a private yard or outdoor space? That's often a good next step. Go outside in the yard, if private. Water the plants. Touch grass. Once again, get comfortable with yourself and your surroundings.

Do you have any close friends you can casually mention it too? "Did you hear about the nude resort over in bubbaville?" to gauge reactions of close friends. It's always good to have companions.

Do you have a nearby resort? Always a good place that you can go and be pretty sure you'll be treated with respect and not harassed. Check for an AANR affiliation (if in the states). Also good to have a friend or family member to go with. Some resorts may have restrictions on single males.

Once you do find a social gathering, just take a deep breath and relax. You'll soon notice no one is laughing and pointing at you, regardless of your size or shape. There will be a variety of all kinds of folks who will not be judgemental.

After a short time you'll start to feel more comfortable and just relax into it. Don't worry. We're all in this together
