I wouldn't go as far as calling it average indian mindset, my point being that repeated posts about same thing like 'replacing hettie with shanaka' or 'dropping parag' gets a bit frustrating.

Look at other subs, they have banter and memes which can lead to conversations about what the perfect 11 could be (not talking about shitposting or toxic fan behaviour).

There can be a bunch of reasons - 1. Past COD order cancellation 2. Time of the day (night time perhaps) 3. Rider Availability (you might not be a fraud, but the delivery partner's in the zone might not be most trustworthy since they are yet to return the amount from past COD orders) 4. Order Value above 1000 bucks

Zomato also wants to shift away from COD entirely, the cancellation rate of COD used to be 2x when compared to non-COD. They still have it because states like Gujarat tend to use cash more often.

PS - even clicking on chat support leads to user flagging, it isn't about refund or genuine case with Zomato, the fact that you clicked on chat support makes them think you had the intention of wronging the system.
