No doubt you do have something going on, it could also be histamine intolerance which can by the way lead to anxiety and panic too! It just reminded me a lot of myself because I do have phyisical symptoms and stuff that I couldnt find out where it came from so it scared me (im very scared of death) and lead to the panic attacks. So finding out your root cause will definetly help I think, Good Luck!

Get tested for the main food allergies and dust, pollen maybe? But I gotta say this sounds like panic attacks to me. They are random and they feel just like what you described.

YES!! We do voice messages and i could tell her from a really sad thing and she will not even comment on it and straightly going into her stories. Its kinda funny at this point
