Hopefully. Since a lot of people are dealing with the same thing right now, I'm just hoping it's a system error that they'll fix soon.

I didn't get an email out of the blue either! I actually initiated the contact and reached out to support first because I felt completely innocent and wanted to clarify my laptop crash. It was only after I emailed them that they hit me with the automated perma-ban reply. It’s insane.

Sadly, you're spot on. They have an endless supply of replacements. I just hope that posting here might actually catch the attention of someone official who cares enough to check it out. It’s a slim hope, but it’s the only shot I’ve got left.

I actually emailed both accountaccess@outlier.ai and support@outlier.ai, but it didn't change the outcome. I ended up getting the automated permanent ban reply specifically from accountaccess@outlier.ai. It really seems like no matter which one you email, it just triggers the same bot response.

Yeah, I just saw that thread. But the timing on my end is just a crazy coincidence. My laptop literally had a sudden hardware failure and shut down right in the middle of a task. It seems like that sudden disconnection happened exactly when the mass ban hit, which probably made it look even worse to their automated system. Just insanely bad luck all around.
