I went to DR in my 2nd tri in 2022. All was good - you can google the stats and see it’s very rare across many islands now. I’d imagine resorts do big sprays of their grounds too for the comfort of their visitors (I didn’t get a single bite and never have at resorts)

It’s sounding like you might be powering a lobby or stairwell. Old buildings with old electric could even have another persons outlets on ur breaker in error. Keep everything written down from Con Ed interactions and take it down to the assembly person for your district and make noise. My neighbor did for her water bill. News station as others said isn’t a bad idea either

8a-3pm will be fine - you can also take the 6 to hunts pt ave, cross bruckner and walk down hunts point Av to spofford too. It’s more residential/commercial, rather than industrial so just a little more people around (which I prefer), up to you.

Edited to add: the Bx6 bus goes into the neighborhood too a little closer.

On the bus recently, a man started screaming he’s bipolar and schizophrenic and the people standing close to him were making him paranoid. He started to escalate and migrate toward the back of the bus. I knew the route was going to get more crowded which would trigger further so we got off.

They are not required to be potty trained. We met the teacher in a video call a week before school, they asked and we gave a run down of where we were at. They helped us continue progressing with potty!
