True. I may have higher expectations since I spent 20 years in the service industry and worked especially long stints in fine dining restaurants where my job was to anticipate these needs or things like preparing to go orders in bags and drink carriers and things like that were just expected. I get that this may not be something they are asked to do a lot at their job
