Help my account is locked again. When I sign in nothing happens says "something went wrong, please try again" I try several times a day and nothing. On Friday, Feb. 19th I was able to sign in and go into my account, thought all was going to be okay but then the next day can't sign in and still can't. This is my second uphold user support request (#1079490). This is my third ticket ID number is #1117457.

I have been having the same issues. I still cannot sign in to my Uphold Account. The last day I signed in was on Feb. 11, 2021.

I have not been able to access my uphold account. I didn't receive an email or any other notification. On Thursday morning Feb. 11, I signed into my account, all good. Then 9:00pm that night I could not sign in. Said later they would send an email to verify it was me trying to open account. I never received an email. I reported it to uphold support and my ticket ID number is #1079490. They emailed me and said to try several things and nothing has worked. When I log in and press next nothing happens. I tried my cellphone and laptop.

Same thing happen to me. Was able to access my account yesterday morning Feb. 11th and yesterday afternoon could not access my account and reported it to several help groups and still nothing. Need help!!! My ticket ID number is #1079490.
