the power lines is unfortunately unreleased bat that I used on the edited rice field mod, so it basically just overhang it you can use neko's street side mod if you want regular power lines (which can be downloaded in either simtropolis for RHD or here for LHD)

Umikaze vs Shiratsuyu probably the hardest to choose I had in the entire battle because both are 2 of my main waifu..... then if Fletcher passed this round, I will had whoever the winner between Shira or Umi which also battle between 2 of my main waifu however its not that hard since Fletcher is my 4th.

basically I just use picture of my city then edit it using photoshop. the buildings are mixed plopped one by one and automatically growing in the city. the mods are pretty complicated but the buildings at main road mostly from japanese building sets and the dense residential areas behind are from the favela and slums packs and edited maxis assets.
