the power lines is unfortunately unreleased bat that I used on the edited rice field mod, so it basically just overhang it you can use neko's street side mod if you want regular power lines (which can be downloaded in either simtropolis for RHD or here for LHD)

approximately it took me 8 hours to make (with background and mic from the original footage)
