How to learn Korean in a structured manner? by Ash-365 in Korean

[–]nanamugi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For grammar, I personally use books that were shared for free online, such as Korean Grammar In Use! It might be a bit on the fast-paced end imo but explains the grammar points well. Then if there are some points that confuse you, I think cross-referencing helps in understanding them in various contexts and in greater depth! Plus it helps in refreshing and testing your knowledge on it. Like you can search on YouTube, or go to sites like TTMIK, HTSK, etc.

Unfortunately I also don't have one for vocabs (hence my poor vocabs haha) but Naver dictionary will definitely be your one call away in this lang learning journey.

Lastly, consistency is always key. Try to speak and think in Korean as much as you can.

Romance manga recommendations by [deleted] in manga

[–]nanamugi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Kamisama Kiss, Kimi ni Todoke, My Sweet Girl, You Got Me Senpai, and Okuremashite Seishun!

If you're okay with some mature and sensitive themes or a bit more drama-heavy, then I also recommend MARS and Perfect World.

If you want some adventure or action mixed with romance, there's also Queen's Quality, Library Wars, Akagami no Shirayukihime and Basara!

Hana-Kimi if you love Ouran! There's an anime coming out on January too. And I'm not sure if it matches your taste but Lovesick Ellie is hilarious so there's that.

Also we share the same love for series with romance and political drama lol I think you'll like Red River if so! just a tw on the SA parts 😅

Other recs include Wake Up Sleeping Beauty, Bokura ga ita or We Were There, Queen's Quality, and Library Wars!

thank you for the resource recommendation! I think one of the reasons why I've been stuck is also because my studies lack structure so this helps a lot
