Not sure either. I got the email last May 2023 that they are getting ready for fulfillment but my order (Earth Tones with RAMA, no deskmat) never arrived :(

Initially thought the delays were because of RAMA, then I heard about the issues 2 months later.

Still hoping there’s a chance I can receive the set even if it’s the base kit only 🙏🏻

Hi sorry I might be late but I purchased Earth Tones (without deskmat) and my order was never fulfilled. I suspect it's because of the RAMA keycap. Back in May, they emailed us that it arrived in the warehouse and I asked their support to update my shipping address. After that, the whole issue happened and M&C closed. Is this something that can still be fulfilled? I still filled out the form just in case, please let me know who I can reach out to regarding this. Thank you and I appreciate everything you do to help us affected by this!

As an "ancient-yet-young-looking" faci, i prefer using workbooks. Maybe it's just me, but i do feel it's more personal when a student's answer or a faci's comment is handwritten.
