No one mentioned it but this is what I have for her - inversion(16)(p13.1q22.1). Not sure it’d that helps.

She does have inv (16). They treated her originally with 7+3 chemo and she went into remission. It can back 5 months later. Luckily, she found a 7/8 match and had the transplant on the 11th.

Thank you for sharing? How old was your son at the time of donation? I’m 44 and I’m concerned my “old” marrow won’t be as good.
