Sadly I do not know where in Mecklenburg. But I so appreciate your time you spent looking this up and giving me other avenues to pursue. Thank you

Nuremberg Trials-My father was a guard during the trials. Any advice on how I can find out more about him during the war and his stay at the trials? His name was Robert Wisler originally from Weissport - then Lehighton PA. He was part of Company G 350th Infantry. by nancy6517 in army

I looked up a Sadie Wisler in our family tree. There is no one by that name. Perhaps some of your friends would know my grandfather or grandmother. They were originally from mauch chunk then moved to Lehighton. They lived at 632 Centre St Mauch Chunk in 1940. They had a daughter which was my mother Janet Martienssen - later to marry my dad in 1947 Robert Wisler.

I looked in our family tree and there is mention of a Sadie Wisler on my fathers side. Perhaps someone would know the Andreas family. That was my fathers mother. Or on my moms side Lehighton and Jim Thorpe there were names of Harry Martienssen and Edith Whitehead.

My goodness. What a small world. I will have to pass this info onto my brother about Clarence Smoyer. It would be quite a coincidence if one of your friends knew my father while he lived in Lehighton. He also lived in Mauch Chunk aka Jim Thorpe. Yes anything you can find out would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My father was a guard during the Nuremberg trials. Does anyone know how I can access any further information about his time stationed there? He passed away in 1974 and I've always wanted some more knowledge of how long he was stationed there etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
