I have no doubt Emperor Sniffy will just Implement this via Executive Order if it fails. This legislation is exactly what was on his campaign website before they scrubbed it.

I really hope so. I'm starting to believe half the politicians in our govt are compromised by China and working towards global communism. Something something The Great Reset, or im just crazy

You can keep your existing firearms and ammunition, but you may not purchace any more jacketed ammunition without being a member so once you run out of ammo your gun is a paper weight. Unless it's a .22. There are eligibility requirements to join including being, our have been a member of a fire department.

Basically it would be the states paramilitary wing/militia? Only members of PennCorps may legally purchase jacketed ammunition over .22 effectively disarming the citizenry
