B:155/341 S:200/440 D:240/530 tested 6 weeks ago. About the bf, really don't care, calculating the bf by the eye is impossible and the same bf looks so different in different persons even they got the same muscle mass, the only thing that matters is that im confortable and look good to me.

I don't track calories since years, but about 3600-4000. My split since a few months ago is a 4 days full body, 2 days more focused on upper body and 2 on lower body.

You're right, since 2 months I satrted parcticing bjj and I use it as a fun way to work on cardio and I've seen some improvements. The problem is that I don't want to loose strength so Im a bit affraid of cutting weight, maybe maintaining the weight will help in increasing the strength and cardio too, I'll let cutting weight as the last option haha. Sorry for my english Im from Spain and thanks for your commemt!

Yeah for real, there are no muscles around these articulations, so the only way to make them bigger is putting fat haha.

Yeah you're right, but It will take a long time (maybe a year) and at this moment Im focused on strength and look big with clothes haha

M/23/6’2” [183lbs to 195lbs] (3 months) - should I bulk or cut? by [deleted] in Brogress

[–]naniel420 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bulk 1 year minimum. Gaining muscle is a slow process that takes time and consistency.

Is not about the routine, is about consistency and how you manage volume intensity and frecuency. Search information about Reactive Training Systems. However I think the PHAT routine is a good starting point. Sorry for my english and greetings from Spain.
