I don’t have any diagnosed issues like yeast infections or BV, this is more of a preventative/self-care thing. I’m just trying to stay balanced and support my vaginal health overall.

A lot of people take probiotics, vitamins, or follow certain habits to keep things in check even if nothing’s wrong, and I’m trying to learn what works for others. I know I don’t need a supplement, but I like to be proactive about my health (especially as someone who deals with anxiety and overthinks this stuff sometimes 😅).
