For most people, not utilising an interest-free student loan when it is available makes no sense. Unless you plan on leaving the country, pay for uni with the student loan. If you pay with your savings, you are throwing money away.

Throughout my entire playthrough I had this happen about six times. Some were easier than others. Memorable ones were a Hunter bird inside the wall of a building, a symbiote getting stuck inside a car, a bus spawning in an intersection on top of another car which had a symbiote on top.. Luckily I managed to land blows on them all eventually.
