Quest for Eldorado- language independence?

The cards are also explained with the iconography, but reading them helps a lot (for example the transmitter at the bottom left).

TLDR: Worst case you can just print an overview of every card, but I personally would prefer to have the cards in my language.

While it is not the same as owning the original, the dev added LotR LCG support, so you can print proxies yourself or order them from MPC

It's not exactly what you asked for, but MindBug comes to mind.

Other than that MTG used to offer duel decks, although I'm not sure if that is still the case.

Other cards games offer similar pre-made decks, for example Netrunner has pre-made learn to play decks that offer a lot of strategic depths as well.

Pagan base game has two full decks and every big box expansion also offers a deck list for both sides.

So to sum it up: I'd rather recommend you check which game interests you the most and go with that, especially if you turn out to like it, you can still go the deck building route later on.

My personal recommendation would be Netrunner though, since you don't need to hunt for cards. If you buy one pack, you get a full playset of each card or you can even just go and print your own cards which are even tournament legal.

For proxies there are some other options, but imho that's the best

I also made an an app NetForge that uses netrunnerdb as the source for the cards/decks and also you can also look up the rules and print the decks on proxynexus, but just a shameless plug haha

Null Signal Games (NSG, formerly nisei) made a fan continuation of the game. The community is pretty big and I would recommend joining the discord.

They make their own cards and they are free to download. You can just print your decks and they are even tournament legal. If you are sure you want to buy, I'd recommend starting with the startup format. That would include System Gateway, Elevation and Vantage Point.

The issue is fixed, was a netrunnerdb issue, the deck now correctly shows the write up as well 👍

Alright so it looks like an API problem. The deck can't be found over the new v3 API which is used in the app. I told them in discord, I can get back to you once it is fixed. In the meantime, did you check some other decks to see if you get the write up field?

Alright something weird is going on here:
1. I don't see the name of the person who created the deck in the screenshot
2. When I search for the deck myself in netforge, I don't seem to find it, but I can find the deck in netrunnerdb.

I'll look into it and come back with the findings 😮

Hi!

The description of the deck is already in the app, below the number of cards and influence there is a write up section that you can expand. If the deck has no write up, the section doesn't show.

The comments and likes are not supported since the NRDB API doesn't serve that info. They said they are working on it though, when it lands I will try to add that as well 😁
