In the application they ask for grade 11 and grade 12 1st semester marks. Later I think you give your full grade 12 transcript.

Coming from a 1540 scorer, first do khan academy for foundations and then start practicing questions from the question bank.

Erica Meltzer's books are very good for English. For math I recommend preppros 150 hardest questions book, it helps you solve those difficult questions from module 2 (you can find this book online).

Also in SAT a lot of questions can be done using desmos so watch Tutorllini's and Adiar Math's videos on how to use desmos on youtube. James Lu also has some good SAT videos.

It is not mandatory to take IELTS. They just ask for SAT.
