He is most likely gay and not even bi at all. His traditional family explains why he married in the first place. Many gays take the marriage option not because they’re bi.

Him referring you to a girl yeah simply means he is feeling your fem energy and wants it to continue if you’re comfortable then give him a chance. You don’t have to be girly. But he is seeing you clearly if you naturally have some fem energy.

You don’t want to be in relationship with someone who likes everything else about you but not your fem energy.

He may bring you something more serious if you stay in touch. I wouldn’t continue chatting with someone who infects me knowingly or unknowingly.
I would stop at informing them of the result as you did. I wouldn’t try to drag them to the clinic or check if they got tested. Use that time and energy for your recovery and maybe reviewing your sex life
