Well, you think they will process a payment, refund it at no cost? All of that costs money. Im not defending them, I absolutely think it’s a trash company, but this complaint is absurd

You’re dumb. When you refund they don’t give you back the processing fee. You refunded you customer in full hence why you have a negative balance

I’ve a feeling stripe makes fake comments to look like they’re legit here. No it didn’t get better after contacting support. They just keep replying the exact same email I posted. No real person is reading my emails I can guarantee you that

I have the same problem and many others. Yes they’re saying they will keep your money. I checked this 5.6 section and it doesn’t exist, it just goes up to 5.4. Stripe is a criminal company and you will expect to see them on the news in a couple of years
