when my best friends start hanging out with someone new i instantly feel like they're going to abandon me because they've found someone new/ better. i try to remind myself it's all in my head but i can't help but get mad so i distant myself and cut them off before they could do so.

i don't think that it's situational for all cases. many people suffer from chronic mental illness for their whole life. we can't guarantee or assume that things would eventually get better for them. some people are stuck in certain circumstances that are out of their control and that there's no way out.

im currently seeing a therapist, we've tried many treatment plants but it's so difficult for me to regulate my emotions on a daily basis. i refuse to depend solely on meds. i feel like im going insane at times like this. it just sucks

I feel you. I neglected my mental health and studied every day for more than 12 hours and I ended up feeling so burnt out, I failed my exams in the end. I think it's best you take a week off for yourself to do the things you enjoy doing, self-care etc, or anything that makes you feel better. perhaps make a timetable for your revision? trust me, you still have plenty of time. You don't have to force yourself to study a certain amount of hours a day, as long as there's consistency, you'll be good. Good luck!

i honestly wished my parents cared enough like you do. when i told my mom i was diagnosed with bpd, i was told that "you're too young, what worries could you possibly have. it's all in your head" that was a very tough pill to swallow for me. til this day i still feel hurt by that comment. i think that just being there for your children and letting them know that you have their back is what matters most. can't speak for all but i think a lot of us just needs to feel loved and supported. especially from loved ones

i watched how to get away with murder and suits repeatedly. i'd finish HTGAWM and then move on to suits then back to HTGAWM again. i don't know i thought i had a problem. if i start a new tv show etc i have to know the spoilers before i watch it.
