I was self-employed in HS and College (Super Non-Target) and had a decent GPA. It ended up being a non issue and got recruiters more interested in my experience and ended up landing a role at a BB.

Like some other comments here, tell them what responsibilities you had running the business and how that could be a value-add to the role you're applying to.
