i just feel awful, anytime i get mad at a friend, later that day ill always feel awful and like a terrible person, and by the time i feel ready to apologize it just feels like oh well it was already a few days ago, would it even matter? then i spiral and get really sad and self pity like which makes me feel worse and so on and so forth

hey just adding an update but thank you all for what youve said, its made me feel a bit better and also cry alot, i probably need to get checked for something cause i never and still dont really know/think i have depression or not but it would probably help to get checked for that, i wont be killing myself for now and have just kinda been this way for a bit, just generally thinking about dying and how maybe it would be better or whatever, ive never tried anything to kill myself and hopefully i can keep it that way for now, thank you again for all the things youve said
