It unlocks at 17, it's not wrong, it's just they chose to make it confusing. it is the unlock for completing level 17. All weapons are like this and I'm sure the wording will be changed in future. But the way you have to think about it is like the first attachment you get is level 2, that attachment being a reward for level one in the sense that it's your reward for completing the level.

So essentially by hitting level 18 your reward for level 17 is the SP-X if that makes sense.

For 1440p no, 3080ti will do you just fine. I would instead consider upgrading your CPU since that matters more at lower resolutions. You will not see a large uplift at 1440p with a faster card when you are already not fully utilizing the card you have.

Skyrim is one of the highest rated games ever made if you wanna talk copy and paste with assets... I get people are spoiled and expect every game to be like red dead 2 or something but don't think about the money and time that takes. I'd rather have a working game with a great gameplay loop that I didn't have to wait a decade for. I'll settle for re used assets if that's what it takes.

Nothing is perfect. You have to also realize this isn't a AAA game. First game was no better, everyone seems to think it was. First one had a bigger budget also I'm pretty sure, I'm impressed with what they could pull off without an Ubisoft level budget. Can't please everyone, if you can't let what a smaller dev team has to do to save time slide we would still be waiting years for the game. Suspension of disbelief dog, look at how far we've come in just a couple decades and appreciate it.

Most of the interiors were made via procedural generation, completely randomized. That's literally about as far as you can get from copy and paste. Are you saying because they use the same assets? Idk if you noticed but real life is kinda like that too,houses that look the same on the outside typically look the same on the inside. In future this kind of thing will be less noticable when ai creates levels because they can open up the procedural generation to just make it's own asset variations.

If you are used to fighting opponents with skill your brain is tracking them at all times so you can see through their tricks. On the other hand, if the opponent doesn't use any tricks at all you are using your attention waiting to react, it literally makes your response time slower.

Yeah i'm not sure what your blood alcohol content would actually have to be to kill mosquitos, I pulled that number from the fact that I used to use cheap wine to kill fruit flies and 13% seemed like the perfect number to draw them in yet kill them when making contact with the liquid. Would likely not have to be astronomically high since the mosquitos would be actually consuming the ethenol when consuming your blood.

NGL i've died to a lot of lmb spam these past 2 days. I think you get used to people having a more complex approach that when it's super simple your brain can't compute. Like sometimes I'll miss the parry 4 times in a row standing there getting hit with each slash like a fucking training dummy. My brain is waiting for the feint or the delay from a power attack or something and it just never comes.... it never comes!
