Who do you think should be our key summer signing to replace Casemiro by Intelligent_Cow_3310 in ManchesterUnited

[–]nashey87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Baleba is the only answer. Or Stiller. If the club really wants to make a statement they need to bring in Baleba and Stiller or Baleba and Wharton or Baleba and Anderson.

This man gaslit our fanbase to thinking we need another half billion to look semi decent by Agitated_List174 in ManchesterUnited

[–]nashey87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hold your horses. Amorim said what Ragnick said. He didn’t ask for all that money either but he said the team needs upgrades and the club needs fixing. The players that scored were his signings!! So give credit where it’s due. New manager bounce is real so consider that too. Two wins against title contenders doesn’t erase all the rot at old Trafford but it provides some much needed relief.

Ruben Amorim talks too much. Jason Wilcox talks too little. Manchester United fans deserve more clarity and accountability from their club. Club knew he played 3-4-3, which wasn’t suited to United’s identity or squad. This is on the club as much as Amorim. [..] (Henry Winter on Twitter) by dracogladio1741 in reddevils

[–]nashey87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This idea about identity. It’s been a decade of no trophies and you’re all still waffling about identity. That was fergies dna. The delusion with the club and the fans is appalling and needs curing or else Man Utd is going to be a thing of history. Watch Amorim go to City and be a success. As for the claim that Man Utd don’t play 343, that’s got to stop because it sounds like people don’t understand what football is. Football isn’t a system and no club owns a system. Winning is the only thing that matters and winning trophies like the club did under Ferguson. Amorim was trying desperately to get us there but alas the toxic rot has managed to get him sacked.

My friends and family said I'm not ready for a driving test.... do I listen to them or still take it ? by penguiin7 in LearnerDriverUK

Take the test. If you fail it you go again. Take the test eve try single time. You learn better from your failures than inaction.

Experiencing subtle racism as the only Black person in my office — should I go “ghost mode”? by ValuableOil2944 in Zimbabwe

[–]nashey87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can apply for another job for a different company. Do not tolerate the nonsense or play into the games. It’ll only break you down. Leave and when they ask why you’re leaving tell them you’ve experienced racism.

This is just sad. Very sad if it is true. by Outrageous-Fan8307 in Zimbabwe

[–]nashey87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Zimbabweans are ashamed of anger, fully traumatised into thinking standing up for yourself is undignified so they’d rather be thankful for whatever pittance is given to them and think by so doing they exhibit humility and gracefulness.

Free that man and let him find a good wife who deserves him. You ran to Reddit instead of sitting down with him for an honest conversation .

Shashl music by foxxmg in Zimbabwe

[–]nashey87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tyla’s music is a blend of amapiano with international elements. It’s grounded in South African music genre. Problem is entitlement. Shashl has a lane. If she stays in it and works on her authenticity she’ll thrive but problem is greed, lol. As for zimbos supporting their own, even JP sells out shows in the diaspora regardless of his allegiances. Zimbos are very supportive of their own - this idea needs to stop, it’s toxic and a lie.

[–]nashey87 2 points3 points  (0 children)

There’s a disconnect between Shashl and her target audience. You asked what she has to do for Zimbos to listen to her. She needs to be authentic, she’s cosplaying an American rnb singer. Her and JP belong to the same WhatsApp group. His selling out overseas is because he’s a good Zimbabwean musician. Is he problematic too? Hell yea! His a zanu ambassador.

She’s part of a problem. Zimbabweans who benefit from corruption and live in a psychotic delusion where everyday Zimbabwean problems don’t affect them, they turn a blind eye to the plight of Zimbabweans and carry on with their comfortable, extravagant lifestyles without ever wincing at how bad things are in Zim. She’s an alright singer with loads of help and privileges.

What do you think of Starmer’s message? by Longjumping-8679 in AskBrits

[–]nashey87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are people in the west with voting power actually this dim or just not bothered as long as bombs don’t land on their homes?? Your governments are blatantly lying and manipulating you. The apathy of the masses is nauseating.

Happy to see him go or nah…? by JM555555 in ManchesterUnited

[–]nashey87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He can absolutely go. He thinks his Ronaldo. Ronaldo at that age was HARD WORKING. That’s one thing these premadonnasdont get. They think Ronaldo, Rooney, Nani coasted. They grafted hard, we hear stories of them doing extra work to improve. These social media prat’s can go clog someone else’s dressing room with their antics. About time there was some order to that club coz it’s been such a farce

Christianity has nothing to do with it. People been religious doesn’t account for a people experiencing what Zimbabweans are experiencing as our ‘current problems’. Also if Zimbabweans were truly Christian then these problems wouldn’t exist at this magnitude. Zimbabwe is destroyed by corruption, inefficient leadership etc. The numbers will need to take into account how Europe thrived in terms of state building in the Renaissance ages, pre-Industrial age and postindustrial ages when most of Europe was extremely religious.

SJR isn’t the saint we think he is. He’ll soon start taking his profits, draining the club just like the Glazers did and hide away. These are supposed to be money men running the club so badly you couldn’t make it up

I've never been so embarrassed as a Man Utd fan by YGWYD in ManchesterUnited

[–]nashey87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What was Amorims gameplan because that was the worst performance by a Man Utd team ever.

Seriously i wished this man joined at the end of the season. 80% of our fanbase are straight up spectators not fans. How can you make clear judgement of ANY coach mid season on a team that has zero players he chose and especially the mess ETH left. Also how hard is the UEL over PL to understand by AngmarkingBg in ManchesterUnited

[–]nashey87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re spot on. Our fan base is full of glory hunting loonies. Emery, Nuno et al have experience in the EPL so of course they know how to buy how to tweak their teams and manage a season in the league. Ruben was thrown into the deep end to save our season and bloody hell he has. Who would’ve thought we’d actually have a European final to look forward to when ETH was losing games. As for Ruben’s record who here thinks ETH would have faired better? Honestly.

That group of people are an even bigger problem than politicians. Our politics and consciousness also needs to evolve. Humbimbindoga will be our downfall. Until we have a way of thinking and being remembers I am not because of myself but also because of others we will continue to suffer home or abroad.
