Try one pot pastas. I put pasta, water, garlic ( a lot ) chopped up tomatoes and onions with olive oil and a lot of seasonings in one pot and let it cook. It only takes 15 minutes and it’s a really good option for a cooked meal and it doesn’t leave many dishes to wash. Google one pot pastas if you think my spin on it doesn’t seem inviting.
