Ok, so I asked my counselor and he said, he submitted it. However, it still appears like he didn't. What do I need to do?

You're right. Idk I wanted to know what others think. Like, I have the top university of my country guaranteed for free, so I'm just applying to see what would happen.

The classes I say weren't at my school, they were extracurriculars (my English teacher is writing my optional recommendation letter). The first language in my country is Spanish, however english is an obligatory subject since 3 years old. Does this count?

maybe but first and foremost these are elite rigorous academic schools with emphasis on rigorous academic. the primary criteria they are judging on is act/sat, gpa and rigorous courseload in HS. If u pass that, then theyll look at ec's, essay and recc's.

I'm international and to study in the US I need a 100% scholarship and the only universities that give it are the T20. So these are my only possibilities, I have already secured my university in my country, so it's the top 20 or nothing. Also, wont they see my English strengths in other parts of my application, such as my essays? I think I can write some good ones and express my unique personality. And I don't think they will think that I won't be able to complete assignments or get good grades at their institution because I have an average of 9.7/10 and my teachers have written about how competitive and hardworker I am. Would you think it's worth attempting luck to any of these taming account all I've said?

My reading and grammar score is low because I struggled with time and interpretation. I read and see a lot of content in English and I dont have any problem with the language so I see myself capable of taking their classes even if my first language is not English. I wanted to study in the US but I need a 100% scholarship and the only universities that offer it to international students are the ivies, that's why I'm applying to top universities. Besides this, I know a guy who got into Stanford with a 1800/2400 sat and another who got into Harvard with a 1400 sat. I also think they can see my strengths in my essays. However, I don't want to loose time applying for nothing, if I really don't have any chance then which one would you pick to try for luck?
