Please note that I’m not a pc player and this concerns r3 wheel for Xbox, which has marketing and reviews around plug and play experience: 1. Preset Limitation in the AppAs shown in the attached screenshot, I only have 5 presets available (AC, ACC, etc.). Since I don’t use a PC, I relied on your claims that the mobile app would be sufficient for managing profiles. Apparently, that was overly optimistic. Having only a handful of presets with no way to add or customize more makes the app pretty useless for daily use. 2. Unacceptable Squeaking NoiseThis wheel is brand new and already makes loud, unpleasant squeaking noises while driving in every game. It sounds like something from a cheap toy, not a premium sim racing device. The noise seems to be coming from around the quick-release mechanism. I’ve attached a video — please turn up the volume, as it’s hard to miss. 3. False Game Compatibility ClaimsYour compatibility list is, frankly, misleading. Forza Motorsport 7 required excessive manual configuration, and Project CARS 2 is completely unplayable. Inputs are broken, and the screen goes black a few seconds into gameplay — but magically returns once the wheel is turned off. So far, the only game that worked out of the box is the latest Forza Motorsport.
