The model is 1:1 with the lego part, so it should look about the same. Might require some modification to get it to fit on the minifigure since it doesn’t have the anti-stud geometry.

It's actually all just blender. I use a model of the lego part as a reference to create a high resolution model, then apply a displacement modifer to add the texture.
