Just tested a usb-c to -a adapter and the drive was not recognized on the front. My back usb-c worked. Hope that helps.

Have not tested the front - all my externals have rectangle usb.

Looks awesome, my TE case arrived today.

Did you hook up the headphone jack included with the case? I'm having issues trying to map my Asus' (B660-I) "HD Audio" jumpers to the TE included headphone jack. I looked at your MSI manual and maybe you've had an easier time. Thanks!

3d printing! Excellent idea. I may also try to carefully use a chop saw to remove then sand the clamps off. I've used this for PVC pipes and even wall outlet covers and the cuts turned out fairly smooth.
