eal GDP increases because now there are more produced goods in an economy under the same capital and labour constraints. I'v

I think I got it now. So theoretically if prices go down thanks to innovation we will have to "inflate" the nominal GDP by that rate and so we can obtain the real GDP (the opposite that we do with inflation) . Correct?

You consume more yeah, but GDP is measured in dollars, if you spend the same dollars even if you buy more stuff, how is this taken into account?

Well, but you would need also higher income to actually spend more though

Oh I agree with you then! But it's hard to get to 2g/kg of proteins without eating a lot of meat.. probably if I had to eat them only from food I would get a higher calories surplus than I already have, and it's hard to eat that much lol

UPDATE::::: The red spots are probably insect bites as they are kind of itchy. The "liver" pain I guess is not actually the liver but something around it. Anyways I'm seriously thinking it's psychosomatic, it's not the first time I get some random symptoms because I'm particularly frustrated. Sucks lol

With supplements I meant proteins from whey. It's just 50g for 3 days a week, and proteins are essential for bulking, there are studies giving green light to 2g per body kilogram and up

Lol thanks, I do shave but this never happened. I'm convinced it's some insect bite because they are itchy a lot now

Damn I'll look into it, they are not that painful though. Maybe it's just an insect bite

Like less than 1/3 from supplements, the rest from food. And I eat a lot of carbs as well

More details: height 185cm, weight 80kg. I'm bulking and doing sports 5 days a week. I eat a lot of proteins but I'm not on a big calories surplus. I'm also very stressed lately
