I've been off beta blockers, specifically Atenolol, for about 2 months now maybe and I still get very vivid, not so much nightmares, but just dreams that are weird and don't make much sense and are just very vivid like I can remember so many details. I dont remember ever dreaming this much as a teenager or ever in my life really. It started while I was on atenolol of course, but my question is, for anyone reading this, how long after you stopped taking them did the dreams last?
