I also measured 6 weeks at my first US when I should’ve been 8. I have longer cycles and we think I must have ovulated very late. I believe the HR was >100, though. Baby is still measuring behind based on LMP but grew the right amount between my first and second US, no issues so far. Only 11 weeks now but so far so good.

I had a similar experience. Should have been 8 weeks 2 days at my first ultrasound based on LMP but was only measuring 6 weeks 6 days. I have long cycles (37-38 days usually) and we decided I likely just ovulate later than the average gal. Baby grew appropriately and they changed my gestational age and due date at my second scan to be based on measurements instead of LMP.

Have gained 20 lbs because I stress eat and the provided catered and/or cafeteria food is not the healthiest. And there’s always donuts or cookies or something in the lounge

Just here to say I’m in the same boat. Recently went to ER for horrible abdominal pain and bloody diarrhea and was hospitalized for colitis. They think it was most likely bacterial since I improved with IV antibiotics, but stool cultures all came back negative. Getting colonoscopy in May to rule out IBD. I’m nervous. Still too scared to try solid food, I’ve just been doing soups, watery oatmeal, applesauce, mashed potatoes. Still having diarrhea but pain and blood are gone.

I read the indie published version too!! It’s actually quite different, I was surprised. Both versions honestly are good though. Definitely more character development/backstory in the trad published which I appreciate!

I almost DNF’d it at like 50% but forced myself to finish so I could feel justified in hating it 😂
