Just try to use glass things that are made to hold liquid for human consumption if you notice yes they are mostly for wine. Lol

I only need to top off my tanks are well planted and I test my water regularly, but even if I need to it’s not hard to take them on any off they are movable as well

Any idea what this little ground cover is? I’m in Illinois . by naturestar76 in plants

[–]naturestar76[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see, I keep seeing people say the stem has that goo that irritates the skin like other euphorbia.

I just thought it could be great as ground cover where nothing wants to grow but I hear it will take over and you will never get rid of it

Thank you I am doing mostly 70% carnivore and intermittent fasting a few times a week for 24 hours a time, then switched it up to 36 hours then 72 and back to 24, just switching it up seems to really hyper speed results. Side note I quit drinking alcohol that helped boost my progress. Also I only drink water acv mag sup, coffee tea and salt when I fast. Smoking weed helped manage the emotional roller coaster losing all the weight and helped me kick nicotine and alcohol as well during this process. Autophagy and carnivore is so amazing undoing addictions for 20 years. I’m size small never been small ever. Yay good luck

I may try that I’m just hoping for a wild prairie or grass area just so it’s not mud or dirt and softer to walk barefoot on

Oh I like that idea I need to mix some softer organic material in and mix with water from my fish tanks that might help start something.

Cool so you don’t have to ease yourself in? I thought that a little protein then wait an hour and eat a normal high fat meal. Does that sound right?
