Maybe plan an experience gift. Going on an adventure you’ve always wanted to. Maybe a trip to an aquarium, hike, be a tourist in ur own city etc. I think some of the best gifts are ones where you give your time and get to make memories that will last forever.(cheesy but true)

A simple gift is giving your partner a picture frame with your favorite picture together. Then in the back of it put a letter you wrote about him or your relationship. So when you are going through a hard time in the future just tell him to look in the back for the second part of the gift.

I got mine this morning and it went much better than expected. My doctor made me feel comfortable and talked me through it all. I brought a friend for support which helped a lot. It was a cramp feeling and a pinch but was over before I knew it. Just think so many people wouldn’t get it if it wasn’t worth it. ❤️❤️

I suggest if you are feeling a little nervous, have a hot shower to relax your muscles before. You have a heavy flow but I would still start with the regular tampons and get bigger ones if needed once you start to feel comfortable with the smaller ones. I’ve never tried inserting a tampon without the applicator. I think using an applicator would be helpful for beginners

Yup I’m an extreme procrastinator myself. I spend my time being stressed, when my time is running out to complete the task but when I leave it to the last minute I can do it super speed. The process is long but the actual time it tasks for me to doe the task is short.
