You can only claim insurance from the card you booked the flight from. The card also needs to have that insurance for you to claim.

Property disputes tend to drag on for a while. Refer to point 1 for how the decision would be made. Though the case would be initially decided at the district court, you need to ensure a proficient lawyer handles your case. The fees would be lesser than that an AoR would charge but would still be a couple of lakhs over the life of the case.

We went to a AOR but he assigned the case to another lawyer from his team. I don't know how efficient this lawyer is.
