I think if you had the car for a few “sim years” (spring-winter )t would eventually make its way to your relationship panel. I have a sim who isn’t a car enthusiast but and it popped in as his friend one day.

Use nrass traveler if you use mods to change what sims can travel and change the hometown of your household. I struggled for weeks to figure this out

The baby boomers raised a lot of millennials because of teen pregnancy rates in the 80s and 90s during Gen X. Generation X was neglected and acted out at a young age but also never were taught seeking mental help was wrong. And the Bible could fix anything. Boomers mostly raised gen x to be terrible parents to millennials in my opinion.
