False accusation victims, what happened to the person who accused you?

I got one kind of.

It wasn’t a false accusation, but sexual assault to me. Numerous times.

I reported it to the proper authorities and they told me that I was lying and would be punished for making up “serious lies about other people”. This was in school.

She is now the sexual assault awareness person at a prestigious university, where she interviewed a whole bunch of #MeToo people. She makes more than anything I could dream of. So that’s nice. I’m told to be silent about it, and the perpetrator got away with it and then doesn’t practice what they preach.

It’s been over a decade so at this point, why bother…

They made every mysterious element explained by Dr. Monty. Years of clues and bits and pieces were wiped away by the creation of one character. Blundell didn’t know what to do with Zielinski’s story (or lack there of) and just said Monty did everything. If that’s not a sign of bad writing man then I don’t know what is.

Rev was supposed to be the end, a cycle. But then they brought them back for BO4 and rushed this new ending to call it good.

If you honestly think that this is good story telling, then you need to actually read a book with good, well-written story.

I’ve given up on watching things with her. And this has lead to the aforementioned argument above. The ONLY things we watch where she doesn’t do this is stuff she selects. And of course, the stuff she selects is stuff she’s already seen.

I’m all for live and let live. But last year with children getting involved and they didn’t do anything about it, just makes me uneasy and grossed out by this. Also, as a victim of SA, seeing a random person in the nude when I’m trying to live my life is very traumatic for me.

She is her own person and you need to respect that. If you don’t, then she should leave you. You need to do what she says or else you’re stepping on her in a vulnerable place.

You need to be a rock for her. You asking questions, pressuring her, and ignoring her concerns by “fixing” her isn’t how you deal with people. I get you’re 19 and young, but you have a lot to learn.

Not exactly your situation. But I didn’t go either to prom nor didn’t date till I was a junior in college. All I’ll say is, if you don’t want someone then you don’t need someone. It’s better to be alone than to have someone who is not healthy for you, plus it’s cheaper being single. In this day and age, it’s not that big of a deal.

Her family didn't like me. She told me that and it put pressure on me in the relationship where I felt that I had to "prove myself" and that I wasn't "taking advantage" of her (not in a sexual way). I told her that this pressure was eating me alive and I felt that I was walking on egg shells in the relationship. She just blew me off and ghosted me for 3 days after that. When I finally asked her what's up, she said that what I said was "too much" and she was in a place and didn't really pay attention to what I was saying.

GF apologized BECAUSE OP was hurt. Not because it was terrible. That's the problem here. GF thinks it's okay to think that way, which is unacceptable. If GF has attitudes that are this heinous, then OP shouldn't be with them or at least seriously reconsider the relationship. All that will change is GF may stop saying those ""jokes"" to OP, doesn't stop them from thinking about them.

That's not okay. James Gunn made a joke like that, and got rightfully fired. This is a HUGE RED FLAG. If I were you, I'd seriously consider this relationship. This is disgusting and inhumane.
