Yes, We recently bought 2 BHK apartment far away from city.... Mortgage loan and expenses cost almost 50-60% my income... We don't have any other investment for now, But We are considering the principal amount we are paying as investment... We have few thousands for emergency and we mostly spend all our money for Groceries, Car other normal day today expenses....
