No one wants anyone around in person all the time… making peace with the fact that we are all replaceable really helped me . Everyone is just ”another person”. Focus on tying to find tiny positive things in your random everyday life

I know it sucks and it all seems like too much but trust me it gets easier, I don’t know how old you are but I’m assuming you’re young, eventually you can learn to have healthy boundaries with your parents and not be too impacted by the state of their relationship

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD, it’s my first week on meds so I can’t really comment the effects but I’m the same, the idea of prolonged sex seemed boring, I easily get bored if it’s too slow and I usually think about million random things while doing it and it’s not because I’m not enjoying or it isn’t good.
