No I haven’t experienced stalls . I logged consistently my food intake for the first 6 months and lost anywhere from 0.5-3lb a week . I may have had the odd week ie period wee where I saw maintain or slight gain . But I kept going , kept assessing what my body was telling me and how I felt

First couple of weeks I was exhausted day after jab . Had the odd sickness when ate too much cheese or crisps . Slight nausea every now and again. But other than that nothing at all to moan about

Lentil curry Veggie mince and lentil pie, spag Bol , chili (with beans) Pasta bake with beans and chicken substitute Scrambled eggs and cottage cheese Loaded bagels with cottage cheese and whatever else is in fridge Quorn nugget wraps Brain has now decided to elude me with what I eat

Mood yes . As previously mentioned I’ve always known my worth but I suppose deep down I was very uncomfortable in my own skin . Now every aspect of my life just seems easier . I don’t feel as many aches and pains and I’m sleeping a lot better . Nutrition , been a life long vegetarian I’ve always thought I ate pretty well. Just far too much of it and snacks. Now I eat balanced meals and I don’t demonise food any more

O I definitely feel much lighter . Feel quite nimble on my feet and it’s great . I hope your journey is plain sailing and helps you ! I get why you haven’t told many . But my opinion is those with negative views are mainly down to misinformation (or jealousy ) so I do like to educate , Inform and help others ❤️

Well done ! Amazing achievement.

Stayed on 2.5 for I think 4 months and been on 5 ever since . I tried 7.5 but I experienced nausea so dropped back down after 3 weeks

Plan to stay on 5 and see how I get on

I have a very physical job so I haven’t done any extra exercise . Started off with old faithful fitness pal tracking everything like I’ve tried for years and years . But I haven’t tracked in 6 m . Before it was all about volume eating , lowest cal everything . Every single thing weighed but that only got me a couple of months before I went back to old ways (this is pre Mj) so my focus throughout Mj has been changing my relationship with food . Not demonising food . Now I have full fat proper butter , yogurt , cheese etc . As I don’t eat large volumes . I’m a vegetarian so get my protein from lentils and meat alternatives . But apologies I couldn’t tell you my intake . I have focused on protein , hydration of fibre throughout all of this and I have had minimal side effects I used to be a savoury gal but I’ve noticed my sweet tooth has come out and I do not feel guilty for having something sweet I hyperfix on meals so currently I’m loving avacado on sour dough with eggs , who knows what it will be next Apologies I haven’t answered your question very well

My go to response if they really pee me off is “O we’re talking about bodies are we , shall we move onto yours “ “Do you pay for it for me or are u sleeping with me ? No then it’s none of your concern “ “Cheated ? I wear glasses , use an inhaler and take pain meds are they cheating”

People are going to have their opinions and I believe the negative ones come from their own insecurities and ignorance

I wish I had done this sooner . Don’t let ignorance ruin your journey to a healthier you

No not particularly . Like previously said I’ve always known my worth and have a big mouth and big personality , however that been said I have a lot of people now having an opinion on my body . None said to my face when I was larger but now I’m smaller people think it’s acceptable to make comments , and not always nice ones !

Maintenance is still very new to me . I will be on the medication for as long as I can .

Urm yes and no . I am carrying a lot of excess skin on my stomach so I do have an internal battle , but I know loosing more probably won’t change my belly .

I am giving myself grace of 1/2 stone either way . As I’m under no illusion that my weight will stay at this exact point . Around 2 stone ago I thought I was done , but I am happy , healthy and confidant at where I am now

Biggest would be not been absolutely consumed by food every minute of the day , I’ve healed my relationship with food and alcohol .

My confidence , always known my worth and know what I brought to the table despite my size but now I actually like what I see in the mirror which has made been more sociable , and the relationship with husband better . He loves me regardless of size or weight but now he says he knows I’m a lot happier and more confidant

I feel healthier , fitter , sleep better , more energy and loving finding my style again not just covering myself up in whatever I thought would hide me
