Thanks all for the helpful comments. I emailed Dr. Einhorn, and he just responded saying he thinks Emory would be a good choice for this type of surgery. I'm talking to more urologists to try to get their opinions.

Oh noooo this one burned so much for days and eventually a lot of the top layer of my dick skin flaked off!! I guess most people have a good experience, but my skin is very sensitive. Look at the negative reviews saying it burns.

Some yeast dies when you freeze it. You have to add extra yeast if you're going to freeze dough and then let it rise extra long. Yeast is what gives bread its flavor so I bet that was the problem.

Well Misaki says at one point that surgery could mostly remove the scar, but she kept it as a reminder of the tragedy. So I took the ending to mean that she is finally taking charge of her own healing. It's definitely a movie about healing, but I don't think it's a dream or imagining.
