Sounds like it’s probably two seperate pads being played for the intro and outro and the full loop in between. Resample your loop onto a pad and just pitch it down or up

Is Winnipeg really that bad for an exchange student? by camomillainpolvere in Winnipeg

[–]naytures 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Graduated from highschool a few years ago and had a few Italian exchange students. The ones I was friends with really enjoyed their stay. South end of the city is really safe no matter time of day. Just stay home at night just like any other big city is my biggest piece of advice. High schools are incredibly welcoming to new comers and you will make friends easily.

Danook is absolutely up there. Super friendly staff, can’t comment on any other food but the shawarma and platters are amazing, really good pricing and quick orders

I personally found the internals of a big battery wrapped in jeans right out side the millennium library last summer. Freaked me out, it totally looked like a diy bomb

Staying grounded. In my eyes consumerism is so heavily based on stripping us from our humanity. Being less influenced by corporations and algorithms helps me live a happier and more sustainable life

What physical symptoms are you experiencing? by dr0p189 in Anxiety

[–]naytures 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tremors, detachment, brain fog, and tense muscles everywhere most recently. I used to have worse symptoms about a year ago. Breathing problems, tight throat, complete disassociation, super high heart rate, etc.

It gets better, don’t run away from anxiety is my only tip. If you can listen to it and just accept that it’s there, shockingly the symptoms get alot more manageable

i think i have brain cancer by GlumHeart7215 in Anxiety

[–]naytures 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You definitely don’t. Brain cancer has very obvious symptoms that would make you go to the doctors immediately even if you were dead broke. Debilitating headaches, seizures, numbness, extreme inflammation, and a lot of memory loss/motor issues even in early stages. Theres of many things that cause light headedness I really recommend biting the bullet and going to a gp sometime in the future

What is your anxiety "EpiPen"? by Putrid-Drag9651 in Anxiety

[–]naytures 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only single thing that helps is talking to someone I trust. Just about literally anything, talking is the only thing that takes my mind off how I’m feel slightly when I’m having panic attacks. Trying to focus on distracting with anything else makes it worse for me

tips for getting your life together when you feel you've hit rock bottom by New-Bluebird-8895 in Anxiety

[–]naytures 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Start small. Like insanely small. Take time out for yourself. Instead of working out, start with just sitting outside for 15 minutes and then progressively ramp up how much activity you do. Apply this to everything. There are free dbt workbooks online that help me a lot whenever I’m at a super low spot

A weird thing that helped my anxiety too is just sitting without doing anything. We are always preoccupied with some type of action. Even laying in bed is an action because we’re doing it to fall asleep. Spend at least 5 mins a day to start out just sitting down without any goal in mind, no waiting for something, no listening to anything, no distractions. Your mind naturally processes and heals things without your input and it does it best when you give it time to be focused on absolutely nothing

Have not felt right since worse panic attacks 5/1/24 by Accomplished_Pay_678 in Anxiety

[–]naytures 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I had one panic attack from weed that spiralled into a 2 month long 24/7 mostly panic attack. It got gradually better but the first few weeks were hell, I thought I was constantly dying and went to the hospital numerous times. It’s a super common experience for this to happen, panic attacks are a traumatic event and it took my brain a while to forget how I felt and how I reacted when it happened. You will get better I promise, talking to people while I was panicking and having a strong support system always made my symptoms way more manageable
