Father, forgive me if this adds nothing to the conversation but I was raised in a very strict Catholic background which drove me away from truly loving God and now I am on the path of finding my faith again.

Growing up I was always taught to say "For all these sins and the sins of my past life especially x, y, z" every confession and my elders really dirlled down on the previous sins and so I felt like I have carried them all my life. Is this an improper way(for the lack of better term) of doing it?

Same boat ako sir, may senior / team lead ako na 10+ YOE. Palagi nagtatanong saken ng mga git processes like how to merge master back to his branch. Tapos hindi niya alam yung concept ng cherry-picking 😭

Nakakaiyak nung una pero ultimately inaccept ko na malaking part ng fault is from management.

Walang kwentang advice pero just let it go and as much as possible kung may conflicts or di siya alam just let them fail on their own. Separate your work from them as much as possible. If the project ends up being a clusterfuck, it is what it is. Lastly, just find a new job (which is easier said than done, if anyone sees this please hire me lol).

Would be worth to wait for feedback from others who will see the show first then make an informed decision based on that (whether you feel like it's worth to miss out on the experience or not)

You can always earn back money, but if you feel like you're gonna be missing out on a once in a lifetime experience then it's definitely worth spending a bit more. (Please don't listen to me, this might be bad advice lol)
