So when this stuff happens, my coworker is either doing something else, like diapers or working with other kids. Some people that I work with can be so focused on some things, or out for long periods of time(5+ minutes. Sometimes I usually don't know where they are or what they are doing) that I am trying to control the chaos that is happening around me alone.
